Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Weeding Pro, estimating software operated by Utah Landscape Maintenance LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

Weeding Pro lets landscaping maintenance companies build estimates, track team production rates, record sales professionals and commissions, share estimates with customers for acceptance, and book accepted jobs to a connected Google Calendar. Each company gets its own private workspace; your data is never shared with another company.

Accounts

The person who signs up becomes the workspace owner and is responsible for the accounts they add. Sales reps may only see their own estimates and commissions. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell your workspace owner right away if you believe an account has been misused.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plans are Solo at $49 per month (1 seat) and Crew at $99 per month (up to 5 seats), each starting with a 14-day free trial and no card required to try it. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If payment fails, access may be paused until billing is brought current.

Your data

You own your data: your customers, estimates, rates, production logs, and payout records. We use it only to run the service for you. You may ask us to delete your workspace data at any time by contacting us using the business email address on file for your account; we will confirm once it is removed, except for records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, the app reads your calendar's free and busy times and creates events for accepted jobs only. Calendar tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings — disconnecting stops all future bookings immediately.

Fair use and limits

Use the service for your own business. Do not try to break it, access other companies' workspaces, or resell access to it. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will never go down, and estimates are only as good as the measurements and rates you enter — always review an estimate before sending it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters to you, we will say so on the site before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
