How it works
It starts with the way your crew actually works. After each job, your team logs three things: how many square feet they covered, how long it took, and how heavy the coverage was — full, medium, light, or very light. The software turns those logs into your team's real production rate for each coverage level, and every new estimate is priced from those rates: square footage divided by your rate, times your hourly rate, plus equipment, disposal, and any extra services. Shrub, snow, and fertilizer jobs price the same honest way, from counts and area instead of guesses.
When an estimate is ready, you send the customer a private link. They see a clean, professional estimate — no internal figures — and tap Accept. The moment they accept, the job books itself into your connected Google Calendar, split across your next open workdays at the hours you set in Settings, and the estimate updates to show the real scheduled dates. Sales reps get their own logins and only see their own estimates and commissions, and payouts are tracked with a date stamp so nobody wonders what they're owed.

Why it was created
This software started life as a weeding calculator in a spreadsheet, built for a real maintenance company pricing real flower beds in Utah. It worked — but a spreadsheet can't send a customer a link, can't track who accepted what, can't book a calendar, and can't grow with a team. Every copy, every version, every workaround added friction right where the work happens: at the customer's door, on the phone, in the truck. So the calculator was rebuilt as a standalone product, keeping the exact pricing logic that had already proven itself in the field and adding everything around it that a working company actually needs.
Why it's different from other software
Other estimating tools fall into two camps, and neither fits a small maintenance crew. The big platforms are built for large contractors — hundreds of dollars a month per user, built around crews, routes, and job costing, with pricing that still comes down to a rate somebody typed in once.
